Delete your ViLine account
ViLine is operated by Andrii Tretiakov.
Delete the account yourself
Deletion is immediate and needs no request. Use whichever is closer to hand:
- In the app — Settings → Account → the ⋯ menu in the top right → Delete Account.
- On the web — sign in at viline.info/signin, then use Delete account at the bottom of your account page.
If the account has an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription and does not stop the billing — only the store can do that.
If you cannot sign in
- Email support@viline.info with the subject “ViLine account deletion request”.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your ViLine account.
- Include that email address in the message. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.
Data deleted after a verified request
ViLine will delete the account data it holds for the requested account, including:
- account email address, password hash, account identifier, and authentication or recovery tokens;
- registered device identifiers and notification subscriptions associated with the account;
- subscription records held by ViLine for the account;
- support and feedback records associated with the account where they are not required to be retained;
- account-associated activity and technical logs where they are not required to be retained.
Data that may be retained
We may retain the minimum information necessary to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, or prevent fraud and security abuse. That information is retained only for the period required for that purpose or by applicable law.
Account deletion does not automatically delete data independently retained by service providers, including Firebase, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Giphy, Jamendo, email providers, or notification providers. Those providers' data is governed by their respective privacy and deletion processes.
Data stored on your device
Account deletion does not remove projects or other app data stored only on your device. You can remove local app data in the device settings or by uninstalling the app.
