Terms of Use

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ViLine on your personal device for your own non-commercial purposes.

2. Accounts & Registration

On first launch the App creates a hidden account tied to your device’s UUID; no personal information is required.
To access Premium features, you must register with your email and password or via a supported external provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscription unlocks advanced features.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payments are processed via Apple, Google, or Stripe (for web). We store only your Stripe Customer ID; we do not store credit-card details.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective store (Apple, Google) or Stripe. Disputes may be resolved using stored IP and transaction logs.

4. User Conduct

Reverse-engineering, decompilation, or tampering with the App is prohibited.
Using the App to infringe any third-party rights is prohibited.
Transmitting harmful, illegal, or offensive content is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and designs in ViLine are the property of Andrii Tretiakov or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION DURING THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease using the App.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
